Federal Law No. 13,709 published on August 14, 2018, regulates the activities of Personal Data Processing, including in digital media, by individuals or by legal entities of public, or private law, to protect the fundamental rights of freedom and privacy and the free development of the personality of the person.

The LGPD regulates the transparency of information and obliges the display of a notice with the Cookies Policy adopted on our website.

The Controller is the person or company responsible for decisions concerning the Processing of Personal Data. The Operator is the person or company who carries out the Processing of Personal Data on behalf of the Controller, following his/her instructions.

We are a wholesaler of machinery and equipment for industrial use, parts, and components. We distribute throughout Brazil, ergonomic machinery, and equipment for handling light loads, including vacuum lifters, electric lifters, electric lifting trolley, vacuum lifters in mobile units, lifting tables, electric lifting platforms, and overhead crane systems and rotating gantries, as well as spare parts. We offer Complete Solutions in Material Handling, which include consulting, development of special projects, and specialized service.

ALSANNER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, SHARES, SUBSCRIBES TO OR VALIDATES PRIVACY POLICIES, COOKIE POLICIES AND CONTENTS OF CUSTOMER AND THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES.

Our services are restricted to consulting services, development of special projects and specialized technical assistance, as per information provided and approved via e-mail by the client/user (Controller).

If you are a Consumer and wish to exercise your rights with respect to the personal data of our customers/users (Controller), you should contact the company or person concerned.

9.1 WHEN THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA APPLIES

– The processing of personal data applies in the circumstances mentioned above for the entire period for which we store your personal data. We will store and retain your information, until the end of the data processing, which may be renewable, or for as long as necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

9.2 WHEN THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IS STOPPED

– When we achieve the purpose for which the personal data was collected.
– When the personal data is no longer necessary or relevant to the processing.
– When the data owner requests the exclusion of his personal data.
